J. Randall (Randy) Carroll is the Executive Chairman of BIP and Director of Business Development. Randy joined BIP after a 43 year career in Commercial Banking. He retired from the Bank of North Georgia in February, 2011, where he served as Vice Chairman from 2006-2011.
