Carolynn has over 16 years of experience in the accounting, investment banking and financial consulting industries and has experience with public and private issuances of equity, corporate debt financing, and M&A transactions for middle market companies.
Carolynn has also worked with small and start-up companies, providing a wide range of services varying from developing business plans and financial projections to acting as an outsourced CFO/Controller that manages all aspects of the accounting and finance operations of the business.
